Beat Circle is a music discovery and creator platform operated by Agbassi Edmund Obinna, Lagos, Nigeria.
Email, name, stage name, genre, country, music links, device info, listening history, and usage patterns. Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. We never store card numbers.
To operate Beat Circle, personalize discovery, process payments, send updates (opt-out any time), and detect fraud.
We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations, or as required by Nigerian law.
HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular audits. We comply with Nigeria's NDPA, GDPR principles, and South Africa's POPIA.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email beatcircle.community@gmail.com.

By using Beat Circle you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Artists confirm they own rights to all uploaded content, grant a non-exclusive streaming licence, and retain 100% music ownership.
Acceptance is at Beat Circle's sole discretion. Perks are subject to change and will be communicated via email.
We may remove content that infringes IP rights, contains unlabelled explicit material, promotes violence, or constitutes spam.
A standard 10% platform fee applies to fan economy transactions (waived to 0% for the first 12 months for the Founding 500). Weekly payouts with ₦1,000 minimum. We are not responsible for processor delays.
Monthly billing. Cancel any time, takes effect at period end. No partial refunds.
No reverse engineering, automated scraping, metric manipulation, impersonation, or malware uploads.
Governed by Nigerian law. Disputes settled via arbitration in Lagos.
